I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated as a customer! Born in the Seattle area and raising a family here as well. I have extensive knowledge of real estate and new construction in King and Snohomish counties. I am a very positive and up beat person. My motto is to make real estate a" FUN and STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE" no matter if your buying or selling a home.
Experience and Qualifications
I have been working with both buyers and sellers since 1992. I am up to date on all real estate laws and codes. I have extensive training in both marketing and sales. Before I was a Realtor I owned a successful business which to this day is still going strong. Sales have been a big part of my life since graduating. I have a good understanding of the mortgage and accounting industries as well as strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of the ever changing internet. Communication skills are extremly important and a key to a smooth relationship.

I put 110% into my clients and their needs. I understand that your personal Residence is the single largest investment of your lives. I handle all transactions in a professional and timely manner. Most of my clients come from past referrals and the internet. I have letters of recommendation upon request. No matter what price range you are in I will give you the respect and dedication you deserve from a REALTOR! You will be pleased!
